Capitalising on two of their busiest periods throughout the year, the run up to Christmas and Chinese New Year, Lancôme launched two pop-up shopping experiences at Chadstone shopping centre.

For both events, the design of the space and immersive brand experience was carefully curated to ensure a seamless customer journey of discovery, to trial and finally purchase, driving incremental sales for the brand.
