After a 10-year hiatus, Garnier were once again sponsoring the Australian Open and wanted to use the platform to launch their new global brand positioning; By Garnier, Naturally. The activation, situated in the heart of Grand Slam Oval, needed to hero natural beauty whilst emphasising the brands fun and playful tone of voice.
Natures Playground was born, a completely immersive experience where AO patrons could touch, smell, feel and explore the natural ingredients used in Garnier products in a playground environment complete with a 100% recycled ball pit, coconut scented bubble blowing see-saw and a sunflower room slide. This selfie lover’s dream meant the hashtag #bygarniernaturally was one of the top trending tags of the AO 2019 and the experience saw over 45,000 patrons pass through its doors.
