As part of Crown’s Lunar New Year celebrations, one of the biggest events in their annual calendar, the iconic fire towers that sit on the banks of the Yarra were transformed into fire breathing dragons.

The installation showcased five unique dragon panels, designed and built around Crown’s established fire flumes. Each dragon began as a blank steel canvas, installed overnight, which was then transformed into a piece of art by five of Australia’s leading local street artists over one weekend.

The dragons burst into life at night when the flumes lit up, creating a uniquely Melbourne attraction during one of the busiest times of the year for Crown.
