In 2019, Kennedy Luxury Group, the major sponsor of Kennedy Oaks Day, made the move to the front row of Melbourne Cup Carnivals esteemed Bird Cage enclosure. With this move came the need for a complete stand design and experience overhaul, with no expense spared.

In collaboration with Swiss design agency La Cellula, the design of the equestrian inspired two storey space oozed prestige and sophistication, providing the perfect environment to host the brands elite client list. Fabricated in Europe, it had to be shipped over to Australia in seven 40-foot container units and built onsite, ensuring it adhered to Australian building standards throughout (a challenge in itself!).

The tailored experience each day meant a customised menu, colour themed florals, a carefully curated entertainment schedule and special guest appearances.
